QUICK GUM™, an ALFRED L. WOLFF’s brand, is genuine Gum Arabic/Acacia Gum in purified powder form, with technologically optimized properties. QUICK GUM™ is a 100% natural Gum Arabic/Acacia Gum, transformed into an instant-soluble powder in our own facilities through a company-owned process.

We have developed a range of QUICK GUM™ types corresponding to specific industrial applications for confectioneries, flavours and beverages, health and dietary foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and techno-chemical applications.

The main functional properties of QUICK GUM™ are as follows: stabiliser, emulsifier, encapsulating agent, binding, jelling and adhesive agent, protective colloidal film according to the final product. QUICK GUM™ corresponds to the Kosher and Halal norms.

Another ALW-processed form of Gum Arabic/Acacia Gum is the purified and concentrated aqueous solution.
