The supply of organic products follows the European Directive Nr.2092/91 on the ecological agriculture. Among ALFRED L. WOLFF’s range of Guar Gum qualities, we offer the organic certified ALW BIO-GUAR in various viscosities - on request. A cold water soluble hydrocolloid with outstanding thickening, suspending, stabilizing and texturizing properties, ALW BIO-GUAR is a key ingredient for foodstuffs with the organic label. Wherever the natural functionality of Guar is required to thicken, bind, stabilize, emulsify, give a creamy consistency and texture, Guar is the adequate hydrocolloid to be used. The organic-certified ALW BIO-GUAR is a plus in terms of "bio" added value to foodstuffs (dairy products, desserts, beverages, sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, baked goods, preserves, frozen food, pre-cooked dishes etc.) as well for other industrial uses (paper industry, colour industry, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products as well as for petfood).
